Hamilton McCulloh has more than 20 years of proven experience leading external communications on behalf of his clients in real estate, economic development, government and tourism. He has an outstanding track record developing and managing diverse campaigns from public affairs, reputation management and thought leadership with a focus on the built environment.
Prior to his long career in public relations, Hamilton was an award-winning television producer for Bill Nye the Science Guy and Evening Magazine. He has been active in his community for many years serving in leadership positions with the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce and several non-profit organizations.

Elliot Golan

Elliot is responsible for managing the overall quality of account staff work within the Real Estate Practice and serves as a strategic advisor and senior counsel to clients.
Before he joined Allison+Partners, he served as Senior Director and lead of Public Relations and Communications for Colliers, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages. Prior to that, he was an accomplished reporter and editor – serving as Managing Editor and Director of Content for Bisnow, where he managed the editorial staff at the country’s largest commercial real estate news and events platform, in addition to serving as the real estate, finance and banking reporter for a Business Journal in Los Angeles.
During his career, Elliot has earned numerous recognitions, including as an Influencer in Marketing from GlobeSt.com and in his reporting years, a first-place business story from the Los Angeles Press Club, among others. He earned his journalism degree from Humboldt State University and holds an MBA from Cal Lutheran.

Ed Fanselow brings more than 15 years of experience to his role with the real estate group.
He began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (now JLL) before being recruited to CBRE (the world’s largest commercial real estate firm and a Fortune 150 company), first to lead communications and marketing in the U.S. Midwest and later to oversee thought leadership and content marketing across the Americas. He was subsequently recruited to lead communications and content marketing at Cushman & Wakefield and, before joining A+P, served in a similar capacity for Colliers.
A former award-winning news journalist with the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Daily Herald, and Indianapolis Star, Ed is passionate about the kind of brand storytelling that helps companies break through the noise to differentiate and drive revenue. Additional areas of expertise include media relations, executive messaging, employee engagement, crisis communications, property (re)positioning and marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing strategy and content marketing.

Before she joined Allison+Partners, Jenny served as PR & Communications Manager for the U.S. business at Colliers, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages. In that role, she ran the internal messaging of the Colliers brand, including internal communications, social media, research, blog, and corporate communications. Prior to that, she served as PR & Communications Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Arizona where she led the internal and external messaging for the Phoenix office.

Rosie Downey

Rosie Downey joined the Real Estate Practice after more than a decade spent in the journalism and entertainment industries.
Rosie brings a diverse background to the team. Her career began as an assistant to a television producer and director, where she learned the ins and outs of pitching, scriptwriting and editing. From there Rosie moved to the nonprofit side of the entertainment world to work for the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills. During her tenure, Rosie helped plan the popular PaleyFest television festival and created the organization’s first Twitter account to live tweet events. An interest in journalism led Rosie to go back to school in 2010. Upon graduation, she started a 10-year-long career as a business reporter.
Her news career highlight came when she won a First-Place prize in the 2019 California Journalism Awards for a feature story she wrote about emerging media titled “Turn On, Tune In, Stream Live”.
Rosie has a bachelor’s degree in Film and Electronic Arts from California State University, Long Beach, and a master’s degree in News Media and Society from the journalism school at the University of Missouri.
